Schedule a Pick-up
Pick-up Appointment
Personal property redemptions and vehicle releases are handled by appointment only. Use the scheduler below to book a time, then review the checklist for your situation before you arrive.
For Customers — Redeeming Personal Property
If your vehicle has been recovered, you may retrieve the personal belongings that were inside it. Appointments are required so a staff member is available to escort you and document the release.
Please bring:
- A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the account
- Your account or case number, if you have it
- Written authorization from the registered owner, if you are picking up on someone else's behalf
What to expect at your appointment:
- Personal property is inventoried and released to the account holder or their written designee only.
- You will sign a property release form documenting the items returned.
- Redeeming personal property does not release the vehicle itself. Vehicle redemption is arranged directly with your lender.
For Transporters — Vehicle Pick-up
Transporters and forwarding companies must schedule a release window in advance. Walk-in releases cannot be guaranteed.
Please bring:
- A valid government-issued photo ID and current driver credentials
- The release authorization or dispatch order from the lender or forwarder
- The VIN and unit information for the vehicle being collected
What to expect at your appointment:
- Documentation is verified against the release authorization on file before the unit is moved.
- Condition photos are taken at the time of release and retained with the file.
- You will sign the gate release confirming transfer of custody.
